What we collect
Account details (name, email, profile photo, bio), your approximate location, booking history, messages tied to a booking, and payment metadata processed by our payments provider.
We never store full card numbers. Payment credentials are handled by Stripe.
Location data
Public discovery pages only ever show an approximate area, never a precise address. Precise coordinates are shared only with a client who has an active, accepted booking with that creator, and only while the job is live.
How we use it
To show creators near you, run bookings and payouts, send transactional email about your bookings, prevent fraud, and improve the product.
We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
You can export or delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion removes your profile and personal data; records required for tax and dispute history are retained as required by law.
