A real photo of your face, a bio of at least a couple of sentences, and your actual gear. Profiles without a photo and bio don't appear in Discover.
Availability and response time
Only go online when you can genuinely take a job. Respond to requests within an hour where you can — response time affects your ranking.
On set
Arrive five minutes early, dress for the occasion, and confirm the shot list with the client before you start. Ask before photographing children or private spaces.
Delivery
Deliver within the window you agreed — 48 hours is the default for photos, 5 days for edited video. Send a working link that doesn't expire for at least 30 days.
Earning the Pro badge
Pro is awarded automatically once you have 10+ completed jobs, a rating of 4.8 or above, and a verified identity. It surfaces you higher in search and unlocks lower commission.
What gets you removed
No-shows, taking payment off-platform, reusing someone else's work as your portfolio, or any harassment of clients.
